Absolutely amazing experience! Superb customer service from Joanne and stunningly gorgeous flowers received. I ordered a somewhat last minute bouquet of flowers for my parents’ 50th anniversary and my brief was simply “yellow roses and violets”. Joanne understood the assignment and put together the most elegant and fresh bunch for me, which my parents absolutely adored too. Everything was done without me even having to visit the branch; we corresponded only via email. I have never had such a smooth experience before! Joanne even hand delivered them to me, which was most convenient. I highly recommend Joanne Harris and I will most certainly be ordering again and again! Thank you so much xxx

Joanne did an amazing job creating such a wonderful and fitting arrangement for our dad's funeral last week. Joanne took the brief and somehow translated into a most stunning tribute. Everyone commented at how amazing they were. They truly represented his character through and through. Joanne also did the flowers for our mum's funeral which sadly was only 18 months ago, again they were incredible and represented my mum in every way.
